MATERIALS NEEDED:
1) red, white, and black paint
2) mailing tube
3) cardboard
4) cardstock
5) a straw
6) glue
STEP ONE:
Choose which rocket to make.
I chose the Mercury Redstone.
STEP TWO:
Choose a cardboard tube for the base of your rocket.
STEP THREE:
Take a piece of card-stock and make a cone.
STEP FOUR:
Glue or tape the tube to the top of the cone.
STEP FIVE:
Draw shapes of the wings on cardboard.
STEP SIX:
Attach the wings to the rocket using glue or tape.
STEP SEVEN:
Cut a straw in half and glue it to the top of the rocket.
STEP EIGHT:
Time to paint!
